Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Operations Manager at a newly opened Buckle store in Byron Center, MI. Responsible for a broad range of store operations and may assume duties of Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser as needed. Key duties include managing promotions, inventory reviews, layaway procedures, customer inquiries, onboarding and interviewing new teammates, POS knowledge, payments/exchanges/Loss Prevention, shipping/receipts, recalls and RTVs, filing paperwork, maintaining orderly stock and fixtures, enforcing Buckle policies, and driving guest service excellence. Demonstrates leadership by mentoring teammates, providing feedback, and coordinating with store management. Requires a flexible schedule (mornings/evenings/weekends/holiday periods) and potential travel to other district stores for coverage. Ensures a neat, organized store environment and adherence to code of ethics and company policies.
