Job Summary
Lead UK inbound hub operations for ShipBob, overseeing hub operations, merchant support, and partner communication. Drive data-driven continuous improvement, manage performance KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and legality of products across receiving, storage, handling, and shipping. Hire, train, and motivate the Hub Support Specialist team; collaborate with onsite stakeholders to optimize productivity and hit revenue goals. Share best practices with other locations and HQ, and maintain a high-performing, results-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field, preferred
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
- Experience with safety procedures within a distribution center environment
- Established track record of taking ownership and delivering results
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision onsite
