Oversee daily fulfillment operations in a high-volume distribution center, including overseeing order processing, picking, packing, and returns; drive KPI-driven performance, ensure safety compliance (OSHA) and quality standards, and provide leadership through coaching and performance management across a multi-role team (including pickers, packers, forklift operators); coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional communication to meet retailer standards and客户 satisfaction.
