Job Summary
Lead store operations and inventory management to deliver sales and profits while maintaining asset protection and a customer-centric shopping experience. Oversee SOP adherence, scheduling, training and coaching—driving KPI achievement, visual merchandising, omni-channel processes, shrink and safety programs, and performance management of the team. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with framing-related tasks as applicable, and participate in cross-functional store operations to ensure efficient store performance.
