Job Summary
Lead market launches and turnarounds for a fast-growing B2B workplace services provider, overseeing warehouse, delivery, and service operations from ground up. Recruit, train, and develop route drivers, warehouse staff, and technicians; coach and hold teams accountable to performance metrics; resolve client challenges and ensure high-quality service across all locations. Drive inventory control (FIFO), minimize waste, ensure safety and compliance, and step into hands-on operational work as needed. This role requires steering launches across multiple markets with about 50% travel and hands-on leadership to deliver consistent service excellence and scalable operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, food service, hospitality, or similar in a B2B organization
- Ability to travel frequently (~50%) and operate in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Experience building teams or improving underperforming operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset for high-impact launches and turnarounds
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments and deliver operational results
