Operations Manager for Alternative Regulatory Reporting

Ensure all client deliverables for alternative regulatory reporting are achieved by monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the product suite. Act as the key point of contact for clients on matters related to alternatives services, leading calls and workshops to discuss reporting methodologies and service improvements. Produce recurring project status reports and executive dashboards while tracking key KPIs and maintaining project calendars to guarantee on-time delivery. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of workflows and procedures within the European Regulatory services team.
