Job Summary
Operations Manager for Trinity Health's Food & Nutrition Services in Waterloo, IA, responsible for supervising supervisors and staff, coordinating day-to-day FANS operations, assisting in budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives, and driving service quality and customer satisfaction. Leads program quality evaluations, ensures compliance with THS policies, develops talent, and maintains effective communication with the General Manager while overseeing production, retail, and catering/retail operations to meet financial and performance objectives.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred in institutional management, dietetics or equivalent degree
- minimum of three years progressive experience in healthcare foodservice management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience such as Certified Dietary Manager certification (CDM) and at least 5 years progressive supervisory/ management experience
