Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for maximizing productivity, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring compliance with company procedures in Los Angeles. Role involves fieldwork and managing a team of Service Technicians, recruiting/hiring/training staff, delivering WOW! customer service to FlyLock accounts, developing new accounts through in-person and phone outreach, maintaining safe working conditions and PPE practices, ensuring timely service deliveries, managing documentation and account reconciliations, and providing feedback to the owner. The position requires leadership, strong communication, field presence, recruitment and development of technicians, account management, sales messaging, and accountability for quality customer service and loss-prevention procedures. Proficiency with CRM systems (SalesForce) and Microsoft Office, plus the ability to operate under multiple functions and hours of operation, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in access control locksmith, security solutions, or other skilled trades or comparable experience or training
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple functions and stay organized
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy
- Working knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a bonus
