Job Summary
Lead teams of oil flushing project managers and technicians, managing recruiting, training, and succession planning while driving financial performance through project profitability, labor utilization, and job costing. Coordinate with sales to develop proposals reflecting target profitability goals and ensure strict adherence to safe work practices and corporate HSE compliance. Source and maintain major equipment including flushing pumps, filter housings, and generators while executing high-velocity oil flushing, chemical cleaning, and reservoir cleaning projects. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across industrial manufacturing, power generation, and oil & gas sectors. Requires 15+ years of experience in oil flushing operations, team management, and industrial environments.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ Years experience in high velocity oil flushing and chemical cleaning operations
- 5+ Years experience of team management including recruiting and hiring
- Advanced knowledge of rotating equipment, filtration systems, valves and piping systems including gas & steam turbines, compressors, hydraulics, paper machines, etc.
- Familiar with OEM and industry ISO and API standards for lube oil flushing
- Ability to read and markup P&IDs
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work safely in industrial settings, including confined areas and elevated platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overnight, overtime and travel to customer sites
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in industrial environments including pulp & paper, metals manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, and oil & gas preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Industry certifications including CLS, MLT, OMA
- previous sophisticated ERP system experience preferred
