Job Summary
Lead distribution center operations with a safety-first approach, driving productivity, coaching and engaging the team, and delivering on operational plans and budgets. Communicate effectively across functions, provide real-time feedback, identify root causes of issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities emphasize leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate the Distribution Center (including mezzanine platforms) to support performance and development of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center
- Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center
- Able to traverse mezzanine platforms
