Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, and associate education; manage inventory integrity (including cycle counts), HR-related matters, loss prevention, cash handling, and safety; assist General Manager with budgeting, controllable expenses, and profitability; ensure brand and operating standards, store presentation, and COP/SOP compliance; utilize POS systems and review P&L to identify improvements; coordinate merchandising resets, web orders and e-commerce fulfillment; train, develop, and supervise associates; manage scheduling coverage during peak periods; monitor OSHA records and ensure a safe work environment; drive customer service excellence and support a seamless shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years retail management experience
- ability to direct operations in a high-volume, complex location
- excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- ability to exercise independent discretion and judgement in a fast-paced environment
