Operations Manager

Oversee store operations to maximize profitability and ensure a safe, customer-focused shopping environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory integrity and cycle counts, assisting with HR and loss prevention issues, supervising cash handling, coordinating facility safety, supporting budgeting and expense control, enforcing brand and operating standards, ensuring proper store presentation, and delivering excellent customer service. Lead and develop associates through recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance counseling, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with COP/SOPs, OSHA-related duties, merchandising resets, and logistics coordination to support e-commerce and in-store activities.
