Job Summary
Develop and execute a manufacturing strategy focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost while leading Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers and sister companies to drive capacity planning, process improvements, and yield enhancement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Partner with R&D and NPI teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth new product introductions, while mentoring talent and managing succession planning. Evaluate budgets and capital equipment to meet quarterly production objectives, providing management reporting on revenues, inventory, and labor variances. Ensure conformance with AS9100/ISO quality systems and drive continuous improvement activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing management, preferably in high-tech electronics. U.S. citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years related work experience in a manufacturing management role
- Experience preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Extensive current knowledge of electronics manufacturing and process control
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in terms of cost and schedule
- Seasoned experience in developing and training supervisory personnel in functional areas of manufacturing
- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen
