Operations Manager

Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels while overseeing assembly operations to meet corporate goals. Supervise production staff on work methods and quality checkpoints, coordinating with other departments and Flex sites to drive excellence. Establish procurement, production, and engineering services policies, ensuring ISO and safety standards are adhered to. Coach and mentor the Operations team, implement HR strategies for recruitment and retention, and report to Senior Management in weekly operations reviews. Follow up on Work Order closures and leverage industry practices to apply internal systems effectively. Requires experience as a Production Superintendent, knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and SMT/Backend processes, plus availability for flexible schedules.
