Operations Manager

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 200+ associates and 4+ salaried managers to ensure productivity, engagement, and professional growth. Enforce policies, communicate as the primary information source, and take corrective action to maintain compliance and consistency. Implement safety programs adhering to OSHA regulations, establish building security procedures, and mitigate risks to minimize inventory shrinkage. Own and report on performance metrics including on-time receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality while setting strict Service Level Agreement expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot fulfillment issues, act as the escalation point for risk mitigation, and analyze defect rates to drive operational improvements. Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures by documenting best practices and working with Growth and Engineering teams to resolve systemic problems.
