Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for leading Ecowaste Solutions’ operations function, upholding a work environment built on trust and respect, and driving results through data-based decisions. Key duties include ensuring safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment, planning routes and delivery schedules, verifying delivery instructions, reporting defects or violations, preparing and handling production, material transfer, malfunctioning equipment, and labor-hour reports (MRP-related). The role involves assisting with investigations into accidents and employee discrepancies, and recommending and implementing approved process changes. Strong emphasis on leadership and empowerment of operators, with accountability for safety inspections and overall operational performance; requires proficient verbal and written English communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years in a driver supervisor role
- Experience in a Leadership role
- Proficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
