Job Summary
Operations Manager leads a team of attraction operators, technicians, and customer service employees within a Family Entertainment Center (FEC). Plans and organizes day-to-day operations to optimize productivity and efficiency, implements safety protocols and customer-service initiatives, and serves as the point of contact for special projects and emergency situations. Requires strong leadership, commitment to safety, and guest-focused service; must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of management experience; weekend and holiday availability; able to work up to 45 hours/week; valid US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 39lbs unaided.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
