Job Summary
Supervise a diverse team of 15-50+ employees, ensuring efficient daily operations and maintaining accurate attendance records. Conduct periodic checks on attraction operators to guarantee safe operation and proficiency. Train and communicate daily with Shift and Front Desk Leads while keeping staff informed on culture, standards, and updates. Maintain a safety-focused attitude, foster strong teamwork, and may oversee scheduling, redemption, cleaning supplies, or special projects. Be on call for holidays and work weekends and up to 45 hours per week. Must have at least one year of management experience in Restaurant/F&B, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management is required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 39lbs unaided
- Valid driver's license required
- Authorized to work in the United States
