Operations Manager

Manage daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders, inventory window cleaning equipment, and coordinate commercial account work with customer contacts. Handle payments, process deposits, and manage recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners while conducting weekly safety training and documenting incidents. Strategically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales effort and follow-up phone calls to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Clean windows as needed. This full-time position offers on-the-job training, no nights or weekends, and a salary of $40K plus bonus opportunities, with a total package up to $70K.
