Job Summary
Manage daily production by scheduling and distributing work orders, ensuring completion each week. Coordinate commercial account work, handle payments and deposits, and oversee cleaners through performance reviews, discipline, and recognition. Recruit, hire, and train window cleaners while conducting weekly safety training and documenting incidents. Strategically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales and follow-up calls to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Clean windows as needed. Requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and valid driver's license. No nights or weekends; full-time position with salary up to $70K.
