Operations Manager - FFS

Coordinate and direct delivery of facility maintenance and restoration services to customers while partnering with the District Manager to achieve financial objectives. Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives for Flooring and Facility Solutions, managing performance of direct staff including Outside Sales Representatives and Mechanics. Implement safety protocols, ensure compliance with company policies, and coach personnel to maintain a culture of discipline and accountability. This role builds a new business from the ground up within United Rentals' North American network.
