Job Summary
Operations Manager for a fencing and construction services company leading day-to-day operations, coordinating installation crews and production schedules, reviewing project scope, materials, permits, and customer requirements, releasing new orders, overseeing manufacturing and job preparation, managing warehouse operations, tracking KPIs, and delivering top-tier customer experiences. Responsibilities include leading installation teams, addressing warranty and service issues, supporting material procurement, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving organizational performance through process improvements and effective communication with customers, employees, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, home services, or a related installation industry
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Fencing industry experience preferred
- Business Management or Construction Management degree preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
