Job Summary
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations for the Front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure efficient hotel operations and high guest and associate satisfaction. Implement standards and operating procedures while coaching and training new associates. Work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends. Requires a minimum of three years of supervisory experience at properties of similar size and quality. This role reports to the General Manager at Excel Hotel Group, a fully integrated property ownership, management, and development company known for its family-driven culture.
