Operations Manager

Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties to ensure timely completion and alignment with company goals. Lead and manage a team while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and partners. Monitor key performance indicators to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop operational strategies to drive growth and maximize financial performance, including Net Operating Income and resident retention. Achieve targeted occupancy goals by managing leasing, resident retention, and concessions activities. Prepare additional reports as required and work with senior leaders to implement strategic plans for profitability.
