Job Summary
Operations Manager role within Essity’s plant leadership team driving operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement. You will lead Process and Maintenance teams, manage budgets and cost per-ton, implement TPM (AM–PM) and RCA, participate in projects and innovation with local/global teams, and develop people and capabilities to achieve targets. Requires university degree in a related engineering field, 5–8 years industrial manufacturing experience (preferably tissue paper/continuous processes), strong TPM knowledge, leadership and coaching skills, advanced English, and willingness to travel/relocate.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies
- Manufacturing cost management experience
- Maintenance systems knowledge
- Leadership capabilities with communication, collaboration, influence, conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Willingness to travel and relocate when required
