Job Summary
Operates as the liaison between customers, the sales force, and distribution to develop, manage, and deliver support services for the sales organization. Responsible for branch sales support activities, training sales staff on systems and processes, processing customer orders, communicating product shortages and delivery expectations, enforcing pricing policies, and managing invoicing and accounts payable. Oversees collections, prepares reports on customer inquiries, sales trends, and service issues, and maintains inventory to meet annual turn goals. May fill in for lower-level roles within the branch. Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication across all levels, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professional, self-motivated conduct.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination
