Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for management and operation of the properties and staff per client directives and JLL standards (2nd shift, 100% onsite). Lead the efficient operation and maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems; develop and maintain client relationships; manage contract compliance and quality control; prepare detailed budgets and regular/ad hoc reports; supervise hourly technicians; perform performance reviews and set goals; strong communication and administrative skills; proficiency with computers and MS Office; ability to use handheld devices; physical capability to access equipment as needed; location is On-site in Detroit, MI with potential for flexible/remote arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 3 Years Trade or 3 Years Engineering encouraged
