Job Summary
Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create an elevated member experience, oversee hiring/training/scheduling of staff (including kids club, front desk, and janitorial), ensure high-quality customer service and safety compliance, collaborate with Sales/Fitness/Facilities/Marketing to improve gym performance, and manage inventory and daily operations in a fitness facility while upholding brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of operations management experience
- 3-4 years of customer service experience
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- The Operations Manager must be intimately knowledgeable and up to date on all current company policies and SOP's to ensure the adherence to such policies and standard operating procedures
- Must successfully pass background check
