Job Summary
Remote Operations Manager based in the Philippines to support day-to-day operations, service fulfillment, and cross-divisional coordination for Enterprise Management Solutions LLC. Responsibilities include tracking service requests from intake to completion, coordinating with sales, finance, administration, and leadership to ensure timely delivery, maintaining operational task trackers and KPI visibility, coordinating with vendors/contractors, and providing leadership with clear operational updates. The role emphasizes maintaining organized records, escalating issues, ensuring client-facing deliverables are completed on schedule, and supporting workflow improvements, SOPs, dashboards, and reports. Requires 5+ years in operations-related roles, strong English communication, ability to support a U.S.-based company with U.S. Eastern Time overlap, and a bachelor’s degree. Remote work setup in the Philippines is required.
Required Qualifications
- Philippines-based remote work availability
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations management, business administration, service fulfillment, project coordination, executive support, finance coordination, sales operations, customer operations, or related work
- Strong English writing and speaking skills
- Ability to support a U.S.-based company and work with U.S. Eastern Time overlap
- Strong follow-up and task tracking skills
- Strong spreadsheet, document, calendar, and email management skills
- Ability to work across multiple departments and personalities
- Ability to organize complex information clearly
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
- Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations
