Job Summary
The Operations Manager/Engineer in Energy Field Operations owns regional day-to-day frac logistics execution and designs AI-enabled workflows across various teams. The role requires managing frac transportation execution, driving regional KPIs, and acting as an authority on operational disruptions. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering and have at least three years of technical engineering experience, preferably with oil and gas knowledge. The ability to work with AI tools and a systems-oriented mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a technical engineering role
- Oil & Gas field experience
- Systems-oriented mindset with ability to build workflows
- Comfort working with AI tools and automation platforms
- Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within region
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a frac engineer
- Experience coordinating multi-well/high-volume completions
