Job Summary
Develop operational policies and procedures to streamline organization functioning while managing daily departmental operations across production, logistics, and customer service. Monitor key performance indicators to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions, then develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to meet targets. Collaborate with senior management on strategies to boost productivity and profitability, ensuring full compliance with regulations and standards. Coach and mentor the employee team to foster development. This role requires experience in the charity and voluntary sector, with familiarity with fundraising strategies and grant writing preferred. Located in East London, the position reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience working in the charity and voluntary sector
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the charity sector
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
