Job Summary
Ensure all business processes at the Profit Centre are conducted efficiently, safely, and profitably by analyzing operations, solving problems, and implementing productivity improvements. Supervise, schedule, and train teammates while assisting in recruitment, development, and coaching to foster a positive team environment. Manage daily sales reports, resolve customer and vendor disputes, and conduct annual physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Safeguard Profit Centre assets including buildings, trucks, and equipment while adhering to all safety regulations at job sites. Analyze performance data to adjust processes for maximum profitability and increase ROI in conjunction with the Profit Centre Manager.
Required Qualifications
- College and/or University degree
- A minimum of 2 years of wholesale distribution experience
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office software
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
- High energy with strong communication skills
- Intermediate math skills
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of supervising teammates preferred
- Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold at the Profit Centre
- Experience using M3
