Job Summary
Lead daily operations and oversee execution of projects and programs within the education and training sector in Al Qassim. Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality standards while managing budgets, procurement, vendors, and contracts. Drive governance, compliance, and risk management practices, and lead and develop high-performing teams. Monitor performance and submit executive reports to support decision-making, while enhancing customer experience and measuring social and educational impact. Requires 8–12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in operations or project management (3–5 years in leadership role)
- Strong experience in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
- Experience in educational, training, or non-profit sector is a Must
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus
