Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site operations including supervising warehousing, receiving, and shipping; plan inbound/outbound volume, communicate with customers, manage space utilization and equipment; lead hiring, training, and performance appraisals; drive continuous improvement, meet client KPIs and SLAs, ensure SOP adherence, manage budgeting and financials, coordinate with HR for staff development, and maintain high levels of safety and customer service while leveraging WMS and other information systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 5 years’ supervisory experience
