Job Summary
Operations Manager will supervise Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents, and Superintendents; oversee Project Management and Field operations; participate in annual planning and forecasting; hire/fire and conduct performance reviews; develop execution plans; manage budgets, risk analysis, change orders, subcontracts, and vendor contracts; maintain safety and quality across projects; coordinate with PM, PE, Foreman, and Installation Manager; provide leadership in budgeting, cash flow, and contract administration; mentor and coach subordinates and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management
- 5-8 years’ experience in a commercial construction management position
- Minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience with 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong accounting skills
- Customer Service Skills: demonstrates commitment to delivering outstanding service and ownership of problem resolution
