Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse operations as Operations Manager, supervising 6–10 warehouse staff, organizing stock for space efficiency, and ensuring accurate, timely picking and shipping while enforcing safety policies; responsibilities include safety walks, cycle counts, driver coordination, load planning, equipment maintenance, and utilization of dock, storage layout, and route patterns to optimize delivery, compliance with OSHA/DOT, and driving efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years of forklift experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass drug test and background verifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time
