Job Summary
Oversee staff and daily operations including manufacturing scheduling, procurement, receiving, shipping, and equipment utilization; ensure ISO 13485 and FDA compliance and lead CAPA; manage KPIs such as OTIF, throughput, and customer satisfaction; develop performance analyses and actionable solutions for supply chain and customer service; collaborate with finance to optimize inventory accuracy and product standard costs to align with COGS and margins; manage a comprehensive equipment maintenance program including calibration and preventive maintenance with spare parts availability; develop and manage Operational KPIs and update SOPs to cGMP; provide accurate reports to customers, management, finance, and RAQA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 4–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
