Job Summary
Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel for Harlingen's installation and service departments to ensure jobs are timely scheduled, skillfully performed, and completed profitably. Manage operational processes to maximize return on sales while collaborating on budgets and sales goals to meet divisional objectives. Hire, train, and develop new employees through daily coaching, project outcomes, and annual performance reviews. Communicate directly with customers to solicit feedback, solve problems, and identify new sales opportunities. Deliver profit dollars and return on sales that exceed yearly financial forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 2 years' performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry
- familiarity and knowledge of construction project management
- installation of building materials

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Product knowledge NOT required, however, experience managing a service or installation team responsible for servicing or installing mechanical and/or electrical products and/or equipment in homes is preferred
