Job Summary
Supervise back-of-house operations including Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Front Office departments to ensure efficient hotel functioning and guest satisfaction. Direct the work of at least three full-time associates while managing administrative tasks, cost control, and revenue generation strategies. Assist the General Manager with financial reporting, recruitment, hiring, and training for Guest Services, and conduct daily and weekly inspections of rooms for compliance with Preventative Maintenance and Deep Cleaning Programs. Ensure adherence to company standards, safety certifications, and SOPs across all operational areas while maintaining open communication with department heads and employees. Participate in required MOD coverage and weekly meetings to address oversell settings and occupancy needs.
Required Qualifications
