Operations Manager, Deerhurst Resort Muskoka

Manage daily floor activities and workflow for technicians to ensure equipment and services are delivered on time, in good working condition, and as specified by clients. Provide direct supervision of team members, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management, while reviewing and approving client billing. Maintain proper inventory levels, update daily equipment sheets, and attend BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings as needed. Supervise operational staff to ensure client satisfaction through onsite upselling and establish excellent relationships with internal clients, vendors, and neighboring properties. Promote a positive working environment centered on core values, drive professional development and training efforts, and handle human resource issues including salary administration. Work in a hotel/convention center environment with irregular hours, on-call status, and potential travel across multiple locations.
