Operations Manager DE - Region West (m/w/d)

Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partners, overseeing search, onboarding, contract management, performance monitoring, scaling, and termination. Evaluate and improve performance by analyzing 3PL and courier KPIs to implement measures that achieve SLA targets. Ensure audit readiness by executing corrective and preventive actions while maintaining all relevant documentation. Coordinate vehicle-related processes, including fleet retrieval at service centers, accident reporting, and database maintenance. Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Support business case calculations, budgeting, and P&L responsibility for your area, contributing to financial closing and gross profit maximization.
