Operations Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of manufacturing facilities by defining, monitoring, and ensuring performance requirements are met. Implement production, cost, and quality-control mechanisms while overseeing staffing, development, and performance management programs. Coordinate strategies and communications with business, sales, and engineering to deliver required service levels. Recruit, train, and coach associates; analyze equipment and material availability to resolve scheduling problems and prepare processing plans. Identify and implement system improvements to achieve operational objectives.
