Job Summary
Operations Manager for JETSET Pilates Support & Training Center responsible for end-to-end facility operations, program scheduling, registration and participant engagement, and cross-functional coordination with HQ and field teams. Manages budgeting for supplies and F&B, maintains brand-standard environment, plans trainings and events (Mindbody-based registrations and KPI tracking), develops scalable processes, and ensures a polished, hospitality-driven experience for franchisees, studio teams, instructors, and vendors. Requires strong program-management instincts, detail-oriented operations, excellent communication, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments to deliver high-quality training experiences. Role is centered in the Dallas Training & Support Center with regular onsite presence, and involves collaboration with teams across Miami HQ for ongoing programs and future expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, training coordination, or program management (multi-location or franchise experience preferred)
- Experience running schedules, calendars, registrations, or events with high operational complexity
- Strong proficiency with scheduling tools, POS systems, or learning platforms (Mindbody experience preferred, but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and timelines in a fast-growth environment
- Ability to work onsite at the training center in Miami multiple days per week
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Close proximity to the Design District area of Dallas strongly preferred
