Job Summary

Operations Manager at CVS Health responsible for store management and execution, supervision of the store crew, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, staffing and development, financial management, and delivering excellent customer service. Leads by example, communicates openly with staff, supports action plans for operational and service improvements, and maintains a customer-service driven culture. Required Qualifications

  • Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
