Job Summary
Manage store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under the Store Manager. Lead customer service initiatives by assisting clients with questions and complaints while promoting the CVS culture of greeting and offering help. Oversee sales and inventory management, handle employee staffing and training, and support financial management efforts. Maintain an engaged team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and working effectively with store crews. Requires advanced analytical skills, deductive reasoning, and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
