Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, planning action steps for operational and service improvements, managing sales, inventory, staffing, training, and development, and handling financial management while upholding store policies. The role requires strong leadership, deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and communication skills, and a flexible full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education background includes a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
