Lead the store crew by supervising, assigning, and directing daily activities while communicating operational plans and service improvement actions to supervisors. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, handle financial oversight, and resolve customer questions, complaints, and problems to uphold the CVS service culture. Work a flexible full-time schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
