Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under the Store Manager's guidance. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, handle financial management, and resolve customer complaints while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Communicate effectively with store crews and supervisors to drive operational and service improvements. Requires advanced analytical and communication skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends. Full-time role with a base pay range of $22.00 - $36.00 per hour.
