Oversee store operations as part of CVS/pharmacy Store Management team; lead staff, supervise activities, drive store execution, and improve service to build consumer loyalty. Responsible for sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training and development, and financial management under the Store Manager, contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused store. Requires strong leadership, deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills, and the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends to respond to urgent issues and drive operational excellence.
