Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing daily operations, and implementing policies under the Store Manager's guidance. Manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, handle financial management, and guide customer service leadership to drive consumer loyalty. Communicate operational plans for service improvement, address urgent store issues, and resolve customer complaints while maintaining an engaged team. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
